Tyres: Tips & Recommendations

What is Wheel Alignment and do I need it?

Also known as ‘tracking,’ wheel alignment is when we make sure that the angle and direction of your wheels is accurate and consistent across the vehicle, as in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.

You may need the alignment of your wheels adjusted if you have noticed issues with the steering or a tendency for the vehicle to drag in a particular direction. Other signs that your vehicle may need tracking are vibration of the steering wheel, uneven tyre wear, or squealing noises at lower speeds. Among other possible issues, fuel consumption can be affected by poor wheel alignment.
